Discovery
A free call to learn your business, your workflows, and what's not working. No jargon, just a real conversation about what you need.

What we do: Listen. Ask specific questions. Map the current-state workflow. Identify the jobs-to-be-done.

What you get: A follow-up summary of everything we heard, what we think the software should do, and a ballpark on scope. No commitment yet.

Timeline: 45–60 minutes for the call. Summary within 48 hours.

On-Site Visit
We come to you. We walk your operation, watch the day-to-day, and map the real bottlenecks — the ones that only surface when you see the work happen.

What we do: Shadow the people who will use the software. Watch the handoffs. Note the workarounds and the spreadsheets. Identify what's actually slowing the team down — not what you think is slowing them down.

Optional: For remote-only engagements we skip this stage or run it over extended video sessions with screen-share.

Timeline: Half-day to full-day visit. Travel scheduled collaboratively.

03
Design
We map out the solution and show you exactly what we'll build before writing a line of code.

What we do: Produce a design document: screens, workflows, data model, integrations, and constraints. Review it with you. Refine until you can trace your real operation through it.

What you get: A written spec with fixed scope and fixed price. You sign off before we start building.

Timeline: 1–2 weeks for most projects.

Build
You see progress every week. We iterate with your feedback so nothing is a surprise at launch.

What we do: Build in focused increments. Deploy every increment to a staging environment you can actually use. Weekly demo calls to review, get feedback, and steer.

What you get: Working software you can touch as it's being built. Not a giant reveal at the end. Early problems surface early.

Timeline: Usually 60–80% of total engagement time.

05
Launch & Support
We deploy, train your team, and stick around to make sure everything runs smoothly.

What we do: Production deployment. Team training sessions tailored to how your people actually use the system. Monitoring setup so we (and you) know if something breaks.

Ongoing: 30 days of post-launch support included. After that, maintenance retainers or on-demand engagement — your choice.

Timeline: Launch in 1 week. Training over the following 2–4 weeks as the team ramps up.
