A note on 2026 pricing: memory and storage have moved violently this year. We quote live and lock your price for five days once you accept. If a part goes out of stock we ask before substituting, and we only substitute equal or better.

Local first. We collect or deliver across the Finger Lakes and the Rochester metro, and setup is included on builds over $1,500. Shipping a fully assembled machine risks a heavy graphics card tearing out of its slot in transit, so we only ship selectively, double-boxed with the card braced — and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth it.
One year on parts and lifetime on labour. Within that year we handle the manufacturer RMA ourselves rather than sending you to a support portal. After it, the labour is still on us and you pay only for the replacement part. Monitors and peripherals go direct to their manufacturer, as they do everywhere.
Because you can check our part prices in thirty seconds and we would rather you could. Hiding the labour inside inflated component prices only works until someone looks. Showing it also means a straightforward air-cooled build is not subsidising somebody else's hard-tube water loop.
Yes, and it is included rather than an awkward favour. We write software on Linux daily, so Ubuntu or Fedora arrives properly configured with the right drivers and a tuned kernel, not as a live USB and good luck. We will also set up a clean dual boot if you want both.
