Terms of Service / End-User License Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the PermitNav app provided by Pythn Development ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these Terms and to the Safety Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PermitNav for lawful oversize/overweight (OSOW) moves for which you hold a valid permit.

2. Your responsibilities

You represent and warrant that: (a) you hold a valid, current permit for each move; (b) the vehicle and load information you provide is accurate; (c) you will carry and obey the official permit and all posted clearances, signage, traffic control, and permit conditions; and (d) you will operate the vehicle safely and lawfully. PermitNav is an aid only and does not replace the official permit or your professional judgment.

5. Insurance

You are responsible for maintaining your own commercial auto, cargo, and liability insurance covering your moves. PermitNav is not an insurer and provides no coverage.

6. Subscriptions & purchases

Paid plans and permit credits are billed through the App Store or Google Play and managed via RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in your store account settings. Consumable credits are non-refundable once used.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, reverse engineer it, resell access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion.

9. Apple / Google required terms

These Terms are between you and Pythn Development, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them. You are responsible for compliance with applicable app-store terms.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law; venue for any court proceeding is New York.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
