Delete Your Account & Data

This page is for the PermitNav app by Pythn Development. You can permanently delete your account — or just specific data — at any time. Here's how, and exactly what is deleted or kept.
Delete your entire account (in the app)
- Open PermitNav and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. It cannot be undone, and we cannot recover your permits or routes afterward.
Request deletion by email (no app needed)
If you no longer have the app installed, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my PermitNav account", sent from the email address on your account. We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days, then confirm by reply.
Delete specific data without deleting your account
- A permit: in the app, open the permit and choose Delete. This removes the uploaded PDF and its extracted data.
- A route: open the saved route and choose Delete.
- Anything else: email [email protected] describing the data you want removed, and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
What is deleted, and what is kept

Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel first in Google Play (Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) so you aren't billed again.
